Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data forAlpha Planet TD, published by Lili's Ark.
How to request account deletion
Email support@alphaplanet.dev from any email address and include your player ID, which is shown in the in-game settings screen. You can also use the in-game "Delete account" option. Account deletion is processed by the backend, so it removes the server account rather than only clearing data from the device.
What is deleted
When a verified deletion request is processed, the active account is closed and account-linked progression and profile data are removed or de-identified according to the service retention policy.
What may be kept
Security, anti-cheat, moderation, dispute, and transaction records may be retained only where required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, service integrity, or resolving an open claim. The reviewed launch policy will state the applicable retention periods before public release.
Partial data deletion
You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account by emailing support@alphaplanet.dev with your player ID and the data you want removed.
