Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data forAlpha Planet TD, published by Lili's Ark.
How to request account deletion
Email support@alphaplanet.dev from any email address and include your player ID, which is shown in the in-game settings screen. You can also use the in-game "Delete account" option once available.
What is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we delete your account, progression, purchase history, and identifiers associated with your account.
What may be kept
Server security and anticheat audit logs, and purchase records we are legally required to keep, may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion and are then deleted.
Partial data deletion
You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account by emailing support@alphaplanet.dev with your player ID and the data you want removed.
